Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your FreelanceOS Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel, your Pro subscription access will continue until the end of your current billing period (monthly or yearly cycle), at which point it will expire, and your account will automatically downgrade to the Free tier.

To cancel your subscription:

  • Go to the Account Settings page.
  • Click the Manage Subscription button.
  • You will be redirected to either the Razorpay Customer Billing Portal (for India subscriptions) or Dodo Payments Customer Portal (for global subscriptions).
  • For subscriptions bought via Google Play, you can manage and cancel through the subscriptions section on your Google Play app.

2. Refund Terms

Since our digital subscription grants immediate full access to all Pro features (including unlimited proposal generation, replies, and templates), we do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial billing cycles.

Exceptions will be evaluated under the following conditions:

  • Technical Billing Errors: If you were double-charged or experienced a transaction failure where funds were deducted but your account was not upgraded, please contact us immediately for a full refund of the erroneous charge.
  • Grace Period: Refund requests made within 48 hours of initial signup will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If you have any issues with cancellations, billing, or refunds, please reach out to our billing team at support@freelanceos.com or via our Support Form. We typically respond to billing inquiries within 24 hours.
