Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the FreelanceOS website, mobile application, and SaaS platform (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Services.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

We offer free tiers with usage limits and paid Pro subscriptions. By selecting a Pro subscription, you agree to pay the fees associated with the plan.

  • India Subscriptions: Charged at ₹199 per month or ₹1,299 per year, processed securely via Razorpay Subscriptions.
  • Global Subscriptions: Charged at $6 per month or $39 per year, processed securely via Dodo Payments.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Account panel, which redirects you to the respective Razorpay/Dodo customer portals, or through Google Play subscriptions.

3. Accounts and Data Practices

You must register a Supabase account to save proposals, replies, and invoices. Your data is stored securely using Supabase Database and Storage systems. You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. AI Processing

FreelanceOS integrates advanced artificial intelligence models (processed via Groq APIs) to assist in composing proposals, client replies, and document extraction. You acknowledge that AI-generated copy is provided as-is, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and editing all content before sending it to clients.

We reserves the right to rate-limit or suspend accounts displaying patterns of abuse or automated requests that exceed fair utility standards. Free accounts are limited according to PRD limits (3 proposals/replies per day, 2 invoices per month).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreelanceOS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
